Do I need to be home during the detail?
Once we have your car key and access to water and electricity, you're welcome to head out and enjoy your day while we take care of your vehicle.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
We'll reach out to reschedule at no extra cost.
Can you clean pet hair?
Yes. Normal to moderate pet hair is included. Heavy buildup may need a quick quote first.
Do you service apartments with shared parking?
Not at this time. We need a private driveway with water and power access.
How long does a detail take?
Most details take 1 to 3 hours, depending on the package and your vehicle's condition.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay the small $25 deposit securely online when you book and remainder is paid once service is complete.
Do I need to prep my car before you arrive?
Please remove all personal belongings.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Contact us anytime before your appointment and we will find a new time that works.
Is there a deposit fee?
Yes. A small $25 deposit reserves your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, you can choose a deposit refund or apply it to a rescheduled appointment. For shorter-notice cancellations or no-shows, we offer one reschedule credit, subject to availability.
